It is our vision that within an inclusive community, every student will be empowered to exceed their potential. They will transition to the next stage of their journey as independent and confident young adults.
We believe that every student should have access to a curriculum that produces excellence, inspires resilience and forefronts aspiration regardless of background, which is built on high challenge and enabling opportunities for all students.
Great teaching is the most important lever that the Academy has to improve student progress and attainment, and this is supported through well designed and data driven interventions both within the classroom and supported by small group work.
