Sixth Form News

As we move towards the summer holidays, we can look back on a very busy three months for our Sixth Form students. This term has seen our Year 13 students complete their A-level exams and we have said goodbye to them for a couple of months while they enjoy their summer holidays and the freedom from studying! We are looking forward to seeing them back in school on Thursday 15th August to collect their exam results (from 9.00am in the Sixth Form Centre). Good luck everyone!

Summer term has been a busy one for our Year 12 students, starting with their mock exams, and then followed up with lots of different activities. These have included our team coming third in the CIPFA Management Team Games at De Montfort University, a visit to the University of Northampton Open Day, and helping out with the lower school ERA days. As a reward, Year 12 students will be having their own ERA day during the last week of term, which will include guest speakers, a Cooking on a Budget Challenge, a rounders tournament and a picnic on the field. We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Katy and Jack on their promotion to Head Girl and Boy of Montsaye Academy.

We are excited to soon be welcoming our Year 11 students into the Sixth Form. After spending two days with them during their Sixth Form Induction, we are certainly looking forward to the energy and character they will be bringing to the Sixth Form!
