Fitness Suite and Dance Studio

The fitness suite has a vast range of equipment to fulfill all of your fitness needs. All machines can be controlled by your own personal chip identified membership card. All cardio machines having built in TVs with over 50 TV and radio channels to choose from.

The equipment includes:

Cardio Equipment: 6 Treadmills, 2 Recumbent Bikes, 3 Exercise Bikes, 5 Cross Trainers, 2 Concept2 Rowing Machines and 1 Water Fluid Hand Bike

Resistance Machines: Seated Row, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Lat Pulldown, Pec Dec, Seated Leg Curl, Seated Leg Extension, Smith Machine and Cross over cables.

There also is a large free weights area along with a warn up and cool down area.

Dance Studio
In the dance studio we run a range of classes suitable for all levels of fitness, these are included in the membership prices and are also available for single bookings.

Body Blast – 30-minute, high intensity class that incorporates CV, core, bodyweight & strength exercises. A good all over workout in a short blast!

Spin Cycle - A great way to keep fit, burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all levels as you control the resistance

Legs, Bums & Tums – Toning and strength exercises that target the abs and lower body. A fun class, suitable for all levels.

Yoga-Pilates – A combination of Yoga and Pilates, this class aims to balance mental and physical state to improve general well-being.

Kettlercise® - Kettlercise® exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques. High-energy pulse raises targeting muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs, with maximum effectiveness.

Ab Blaster - 30-minute burst to improve your core strength and work those abdominals

Aqua Aerobics – A great all-over workout in the water. The water supports the body, putting less stress on the joints and muscles. Lots of fun for all!

Pilates – Pilates is a system of physical and mental conditioning that can enhance your physical strength, flexibility, and co-ordination as well as reduce stress, improve mental focus, and foster an improved sense of well-being

Kettlercise® Combat MX - ‘What do you get when you mix two of the best fat burning classes in the world...?’

Metafit® – The original 30 minute metabolic workout that just keeps working!

Boxercise® – Based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit, this class uses a variety of formats and provides a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Fitness Yoga – a combination of different types of Yoga. A faster pace than traditional Yoga.

Pump It! – An all over workout using weights and barbells to tone and condition the whole body.

Boot Camp – a combination of cardio, muscular strength & endurance, core and functional exercises. Get maximum calorie burn in this varied and fun session.

Memberships include access to gym during all opening times and all fitness classes

Couple = £37.98

Concession = £15.99

Discounts are also available if your child attends Montsaye Academy

There is a £5.00 bolt on if you wish to include swimming with your membership

We also offer up front membership, buy 12 months you get the 13th month free

Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm
