Ab - Blaster - Is a class to improve your core strength using various different exercises
Aqua Fit — A pool based aerobic session suitable for all fitness levels
Metafit - The Metafit 30 minute bodyweight training system gets results! It is a functional and effective metabolic workout that will change the way you train and it keeps working for 24 hours after!
Supple Strength - incorporates techniques used in both yoga and Pilates, combined with strengthening exercises to achieve an effective all over body work out.
Fight FX- Martial arts-inspired fight sequences and conditioning drills devised to strip fat and amplify power, co-ordination and confidence in the studio
Piloxing - A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing Pilates, boxing and dance that will push you passed your limits
Body Blast – A 30 minute high intensity class that incorporates cardiovascular, core, bodyweight and strength exercises. A good all over workout in a short blast
Kettlercise - Kettlercise covers a huge range of exercises ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques, from high energy pulse raises to being able to place extra emphasis on target muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs and all with the maximum effectiveness.
