A Level Results 2017

17 August 2017

In 2016 the A Level results at Montsaye Academy were in the top ten of all schools in Northamptonshire, including private schools, for the progress made by students. 2017 looks like another very strong year for A Level results at the school with the vast majority of students achieving places at their first choice universities, including many at the most prestigious Russell Group universities.

Particular successes include:

· Andrew Dainty who achieved two A* grades and 2 A grades and will be studying Maths and Physics at Warwick University

· Emily Claypole who achieved two A* grades and an A grade and will be studying Psychology at York University

· Evie Oglethorpe who achieved four A grades and will be studying History at York University

Assistant Head and Head of Sixth Form Clare Sturgeon said: “We are incredibly proud of the success of our students. Very many of them achieved sufficient grades to get into their first choice universities and those that didn’t have either got their second choice or have chosen other routes forward with their education. These results are down to the hard work of students and the very good teaching they have received.”
